Amazon India — Storio G5 Handheld Game Console for Kids

I bought Storio G5 Handheld Game Console for Kids a handheld video game and in the delivery itself it was faulty and after two days the device dead. I checked the return option and it was only mentioned replace with the same model. I opted to replace and initiated a replace request. The same day itself I can see various status in the track history, first it was pickup initiated but no one has called me or came to my location to pickup, bow the status is “item received to amazon and initiating the refund” but the item is still with me and I didn’t receive either refund or a replacement. I tried contacting amazon and there is no way to contact, the amazon app itself is hiding the contact option.

Also tried calling the toll free number and it was never connected. Seriously this amazon is doing a worst job in Indian market place and cheating customers, O have faced similar issues before and has ended through Consumer Complaints forum.

Please do something against amazon
