Hello,
I have ordered Studds JETSTAR Classic D2 Cafe racer open face Helmet (Black, M) for Rs. 1065/- on 16th March 2022.
Order number:[protected].
I received the item on 17th - March - 2022 night duet prime customer.
On 18th morning I checked the size and it didn't fit properly so I decided to return the product.
Immediately, I raised return request on Amazon App and the request has been accepted by the Amazon.
Same, at night 9:00 PM, Amazon agent came and collected the item. But to my surprise, he didn't submitted the item to the store or ware house.
On 19th morning I got a call from the person asking for the same product and I told him that yesterday someone picked the item from my home.
I called Amazon customer care 2 to 3 times and every time they say they didn't receive my product. and they asked me whether I checked the ID of that person. This return request is the conversation between Amazon and myself to which no one outside the Amazon agent can know. But their agents are working like a thief and buglers now. They have not provided refund to me and this is the systematic cheating with me.
I trusted Amazon and their agents and submitted the product but it has not reached to the proper location.
What can I do about this problem.
Please refund my money as soon as possible
