I placed an order for an air conditioner—an essential item given the harsh summer of Rajasthan. By 1st May, the item had not even been shipped, so I contacted customer care. They assured me falsely that the order would be shipped and delivered by 2nd May. However, on 2nd May, not only was the item not delivered, but the order was canceled automatically by Amazon—without any explanation or my consent.
