Amazon India — t-shirt | |||||
This is regarding the return for an order #[protected]. I raised a return for this item on april 11, 2018. It had been picked up from my place by their courier partner after verification of proper tags and other features without any issue. Now i got an email (No phone) from amazon on april 21, 2018 that the item which i had returned is not the same. I requested amazon to check with their courier partners because he picked it up after verifying all parameters. Also when i told amazon to send me the pictures of the t-shirt which you have received they said we have discarded the item. Rather than checking with their courier partners they are blaming me. I am not new to amazon and buying products from them from last 5 years. I don't think anyone can do such cheap thing just for the sake of rs 719. At least they should have checked with the courier partner once. I request you to kindly look into this matter. Hoping for the positive reply soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
