Amazon India — TECHNOLOGY FRAUD / SCAM :- I had paid for a Hard drive and received a Glass Jar

AMAZON HARD- DRIVE FRAUD / SCAM
I had placed order for a Hard - drive (
Seagate Backup Plus Hub 4 TB External HDD ), Order ID :- ORDER #[protected] on Amazon on 12th March and I then made the payment for its price amounting Rs 7, 299 and what I received was an empty glass jar concealed and camouflaged as my order .

The delivery boy didn't even handed me my package and ran away just after keeping my package on the floor acting as if he was too conscious about social distancing and following COVID guidelines .

Upon opening the package I realized not only the item was missing but the packing was also not appropriate, very little packing and usually there is a plastic coating over these electronic items to protect them from rain, but on my order, this was missing and also, my order was tampered, there was a very big cut in the box and tape was put on over it so as to hide it .

WEIRD THINGS THAT COMPLETELY PROVE THAT THIS IS A PLANNED FRAUD ( EVIDENCE ) :-

1) EVIDENCE -1- Usually for such an order amounting 7, 299 they deliver your product in 4-5 days, but for my fraud case, it took them longer almost ( 7 days ), so that they can plan and execute the fraud .

2) EVIDENCE -2 - There was not a single message from amazon . inc that your package will be delivered on this date . ( Usually there is a message, regarding dispatching and delivery options which also shows your track your order option and other relevant dispatching details ).

3) EVIDENCE -3- Amazon Delivery guy usually visits between 10;00 am to 5;30 pm, but this guy came at our house at exact 9;35 to 9:38 am and we came to know about the fraud at exact 9:40 am, you can confirm this fact from the warehouse CCTV footage from where he left after taking my order for delivery . Now, this is very weird as who in the world gets up to receive expensive orders at 9;38 am, this is a bit early and shows that this fraud was intentional .

4) EVIDENCE -4 - The delivery guy ran suspiciously as if he was about to get caught cheating and doing fraud pretending following COVID guidelines and taking advantage of his mask .

5) EVIDENCE -5 - Usually there is a call from the delivery boy because usually they find it a bit difficult to locate our flat, so they try to call and make sure they are delivering the package to the right place . But this guy ( my delivery boy who delivered me had disk ) he waited for too long investigating the place and made sure that he doesn't have to call prior to handing me my order and he made sure that by not calling he's trying to hide all his proof's and identity and also he kept the package at the wrong place ( on the stairs ), just after ringing our door bell .

NOW, AS A CUSTOMER, WHAT'S OUR FAULT ?? IT's A COMPLETE FRAUD BY AMAZON !! IT'S A SCAM !!

As a customer we always try to avoid Pre-payments and prefer COD ( Cash on Delivery ), But amazon.in doesn't provide COD option on technology items . What's my mistake ?? Can someone point out ??

WHEN THEY CANNOT PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY, ATLEAST THEY SHOULD EQUIP THEIR DELIVERY BOYS WITH GPS !!

WHY AM I ASKING FOR GPS FOR DELIVERY GUYS ??

I as a customer just want one thing that is details of delivery guy and ward-house CCTV footage, because I know one thing for sure, that the delivery guys must have first taken out my package and then might have gone to a dealer or a seller to sell my product first so as to get rid off the evidence of this fraud .

He might have left the warehouse pretending that he is going for delivery . But, in the midway he might have stopped and sold my product ( for which I have paid ) and then left with the money .

GPS IS A MUST FOR THESE FRAUD AND THIEVES !!!

Now, I want details of my delivery guy so that I can proceed with the FIR !!
How can amazon customer care prove that the order has been delivered, they're supporting the delivery boy and misbehaving with me ??

Also, their customer service is so mean, that at first they asked me to have patience, and then asked me to wait for 5 days saying that they will investigate the matter and either give me the product or make a refund for the same ( now this was their strategy, so that 24 business hours can pass and things will be in their favor ) and I will lose my patience, energy and will to proceed for the FIR ) .

They made me wait for 5 days by saying have patience again and again so that I will lose my motivation and desire to lodge an FIR !!
