Amazon India — terrible service by amazon

Hello,

This is regarding the recent issue faced or you can say still facing with amazon.in.

I ordered a product from amazon, basically it is a laptop worth 35000 on 6th of this month with one day delivery option i. E it should be delivered by 7th of november by 9:00pm.

But the issue started from the delivering of the product, they missed the deadline as promised and they delivered me by next day morning around 7:00am.

Till then i was in my patience as i know they can refund my delivery charge.

But when i opened the laptop, its completely not working. It got stuck in the middle asking me to connect to the internet. I tried all the ways but couldn't connect to lan as they area is a kind of remote location.

Till the time i have already contacted the service desk around 5-6 times. Now again i need to contact them for the damaged product, upon contacting the customer service department told me to contact dell support service.
After contacting them they informed me that there is a need for a strong internet connection which i informed them that i don't have here. They informed that it cannot be done using hotspot. I said ok i will contact the amazon customer service. At least i should be able to login then we can update but here starting itself i am unable to get into to the system itself.
Now customer service transferred the call to the amazon technical team where i again explained them the whole things and they said they want a denial letter from dell.

I informed the team that i have been tossed like here to there without any reason and i cannot contact them again and transferred the call to the customer service.
Now they have informed me that they will refund my money when the product is been returned or taken from my home.
Till now nothing is been done. The product is with me. Do you really think i need to contact them day by day for this laptop. How many times do i need to contact the amazon customer service. From ordering the laptop to till now i have contacted them multiple times and i m lying now in between the product and amazon customer service.
Neither i got the refund nor i got the product replaced.
I have talked almost 3 supervisors and around 6 customer service agents and now i have a defective product. I even informed them to give a callback when the supervisor is available, still no call on this.
After getting completely fed up for just one product, i am completely done so i came here now.
Even i informed them that i will be taking this to a higher level so make sure a callback is been arranged. I was about to travel to bangalore for a surgery of one of my family member. I have just cancelled my train just to get this product and i received a damaged one. Contacting the customer service, they informed me that the refund or pickup will be made by tomorrow or today evening. Now i was about to leave to bangalore by evening and now i have cancelled that too just for a product.

Its about 35000 where i need to have a check on this but this is not the way. I have requested them multiple times to deliver on time and the product should be fine. Despite of these many follow up i got this experience.
