Amazon India — The order was two day delivery guarantee and its never been delivered and never been refund.

I was kept on calling continuously and the initial refund was initiated on 6th oct, respectively 18th oct, 4th november and 13 th november and still not getting refund more than 45 days after continues follow up repeating the amazon team says that only payment stuck and why payment was stuck, they are not able to answer rather they were speaking rudely or putting the call on hold (More than 20 mins) or just disconnecting.

Why do all the instances payment was on stuck with amazon and why it was not initiated to bank.?
If you have initiated why were you not able to share the reference number of transaction id of the bank.?
So how many times should I reach to the amazon which was making me to depressed and stressed thinking of it all over the days and night. Even the amount was huge amount and I have already paid to the credit card by taking amount from od because of your mistake.

And the order was two day delivery guarantee and its never been delivered and never been refund.

I kindly request to refund asap to mine registered bank account at amazon.
