I want to complain about the issue of repayment in amazon pay later.

Have ordered Pampers XXL 28 pieces diapers of 5 quantities and along with that some other items too on dated 04.10.2021. But I could only receive 1 quantity out of 5 quantities I have ordered. I made a payment through my card on 9th July which it showed as failed and I recieved an error. But the money was deducted from my account. However Amazon delivery boy said that they did not receive the money and you will recieve a refund to your account. Then on 10th July I made the same payment in cash on delivery mode and received my product.

I made my bank do proper investigation and it turns out Amazon recieved my payment...

I have ordered 49 items and I have not received one item (1kg of pear)
The item is missing when arrived, the packet seal not is missing.

Investigation was done and AMAZON say the item was handover at the warehouse. If has gone missing some where between transit to delivery.

On 5th August 906 rupees due and its auto debited late night but on 6th August i check amazon pay later due it's shows over due then i repayment of this amount by debit card and payment is completed no overdue shows. But when i check my SBI account statement it shows to time payment done.
So i requested please refund my extra money paid by debit card.

A return pickup for an item (Haber handwoven bag) has been rescheduled FOUR times and every single time NO ONE has come for pickup. Amazon keeps just rescheduling the pickup date and promising it will '100% happen next time' but every SINGLE TIME NO ONE shows up for pickup. This is coming across as a scam. I ordered Oneplus Buds Z from Amazon on 02-Mar-2021 and Recieved it on 5-Mar-2021. When I Opened it was Empty.
As i said i ordered it on 02-Mar-2021, i observed Even after 3-4 days the packaging glue was sticky & stretchy.

The scam is only cheaper products’ winners are being announced publicly and published to lure more people and costlier products like iphone, ipad winners are never announced.
