I had ordered Prestige make 2200 watt Induction Cooktop on 25.10.2024 and paid Rs. 3749/- accordingly. Amazon India delivered 1600 watt Prestige make Induction Cooktop on 26.10.2024. order no.[protected], Invoice no. BOM7-6187 did 25.10.2024.

On delivery, my family took video of opening the package.
I will provide this video as a proof. On 26.10.24, I tried to register return through Amazon India app, but could not do so. I had contacted customer care on 27.10.24 and attached photo of delivered product. Initially, they had not refused to replace the product and told to call later after 10-15 minutes. When I had called back, customer care personnel refused to accept the request for replacement of wrong delivered product.
I would like to register a complaint against Amazon India for delivering wrong product and not accepting customer request for replacement with correct product.
I would like to recover expenses Rs 1000/- additionally for all the nuisance and disturbance made to me.

      Restricted my account without any reason

      Hello,
      My order id[protected]
      Recently I received an email stating my account is restricted to digital purchases. Wherein I never had any refund request?

      I did requested for a return this month that too of Rs 200/300 and neither I have any other account.

      Then why such harrassment? Whenever I am placing any order it's getting cancelled without any reason and all I am getting is the same...

      I have purchased a product from amazon, i have returned it due to damage and the refund i have requested for amazon pay wallet. After return they have refunded amount as amazon gift cards, as this cards are not able to use out side amazon. If it is in amazon pay wallet i can use it for other payments as well. Refund amount is Rs.13, 025. Now they are saying we cant do anything i have to purchase 13, 000 worth products from amazon

        Dear sir I have purchased kurti from amazon on 1 september 2024 and I have return this and pick up is done on 13 september 2024 and the order on order#[protected] and the amount is 2498 rupees and the customer said the parcel is loss and after that the customer said that I have said they recieved wrong product from me but I have send what I have recieved and the pick up boy also refused to poick up my coll and I have called so many times to amazon customer care and they didnt giv e my refund and they also refused to send that parcel back and it 20 days I was calling custoner care but they said same answer and my amazon paylater account is bloced and paylater is calling me 10 times a day and customer care rejected my call now I am requsting you to plz initate my refund and look this matter and talk to your investigation team plz I am humble requst you to please help me for this suitation I will my mail id and my contact no u can reach me easliy u can talk to me with this matter [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

          I ordered two products but only received one, yet the payment was made for both. When I complained, they assured me it would be resolved within four working days. On my second attempt, they left me on hold indefinitely. Subsequently, I emailed their customer care detailing the incidents, and 'Pranjali Prashant Parate' responded, requesting the order ID, which I provided by attaching my invoice. However, she repeated her request for the order ID, and since then, there has been no progress. Alarmingly, no complaint appears to have been registered in my Glow Road account. It's concerning when a business fails to log customer complaints or provide a ticket number, isn't it?

                I have purchased the product from "AMAZON " like swadesi tuff men pant cost 379 and omlavid women sports bra cost 300+ and recivied it on 2nd oct and paid to the Amazon service boy name called suhas N through p pay. Later on 4th of oct i returned the product due to some size issue so till now i have not received my refunded amount to my account canara bank

                Even i went to bank and asked them regarding payment they said no such payment was recived . so i tried to call the amazon services but they are not responding properly . Later i got to know how they treat a consumer dam [censored] !!

                So im complaining now i had no other option left pls..try to figure it out as soon as possible and retun my amount.

                  This is to formally raise a complaint that I have ordered an Water Purifier on 26th September 2024 which was supposed to be Delivered on 28th September 2024. When the Delivery person arrived the Package was in full open condition and the accessories carton box was damaged. From the look of it I could make out that either it was a Refurbished one or a demo piece and rejected the Delivery and the Person has taken away the parcel. thereafter there was no response neither a fresh piece was delivered nor the refund initiated.

                  I have already taken with my Credit Card Bank raising a dispute of non delivery and they told that the Merchant has to raise a Credit Note in order for them to reverse the Charges.

                      I have order IBell vacuum cleaner from amazon. The product was damaged so I have opted for return of product. The devlivery boy came to pick the product for return but the package was large and he cannot carry it on his bike so he reschedule the return and given false information to amazon that the package was not ready. Second time no execute cane to pick the package and again the same reason I got from amazon that the package was not ready. The package was again reschedule third time on 12/10/2024 for pickup. The third time also no execute came to pick the package. I also called the customer service executive but they do not have any information why the agent did not came to pickup. Now the pickup is scheduled again on 15/10/2024 as mentioned by the service person on call but again the same thing happened.
                      No one talks on customer care properly and the call was disconneted by the service executive.

                        I, a Prime member of Amazon India, am filing this complaint due to a failure in the delivery of my order and the extremely poor customer service I have received throughout this process.

                        1. Order Not Delivered: On 5th October 2024, I placed an order, expecting Prime-level delivery service. On 6th October 2024, the delivery agent arrived but refused to deliver my product because the lift in my building was not working. Despite the agent being fully capable of delivering the product to my 3rd-floor apartment, he left without completing the delivery.

                        2. Multiple Unfulfilled Assurances: After contacting Amazon customer support multiple times, I was repeatedly assured the product would be delivered, but this did not happen. Despite being promised that action would be taken against the delivery agent, no update or resolution was provided.

                        3. Dismissive Specialist Team Response: After several calls, chats, and contacting Amazon via Twitter, I was connected to a customer service specialist on 13th October 2024, who rudely claimed that the product had been delivered, despite the fact that I have CCTV footage clearly showing the delivery agent leaving without delivering the product.

                        4. Unacceptable Customer Service: The customer service I received was unprofessional and dismissive. The specialist team insisted that their resolution was final and refused to take any further action, completely ignoring the evidence I provided. As a Prime member, this treatment is unacceptable.

                        I am seeking immediate action to deliver my product as originally promised, not a refund. I expect Amazon to honor their obligations and provide the service I have paid for.

                          I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Amazon for refusing to process the return and refund of a faulty product I purchased, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their customer service and escalation channels.

                          I purchased this product on EMI to support my son's education, as he is currently studying in the 5th standard. Shortly after receiving the product, I discovered that it was faulty and did not work as expected. I immediately initiated a return request. Amazon scheduled multiple pickups on September 26, October 4, October 5, and October 12, but on each occasion, no one came to collect the item. Despite being available at home during the specified times, the Amazon system falsely recorded that I had refused the pickup.

                          In addition, the Amazon support team and Amazon investigation team have repeatedly claimed that I refused the pickup, which is entirely false. Their delivery pickup team also updated misleading information, which has severely delayed the resolution of this issue.

                          I have contacted Amazon multiple times to resolve this matter, but the faulty product is still in my possession, and Amazon is refusing to process my refund.

                          Given this ongoing frustration and misinformation, I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that Amazon collects the defective product and refunds the full amount paid.

                              I have ordered a toy to gift my new born daughter on 27.09.2024 (Order #[protected], the delivery was scheduled for 30.09.2024. It was very very sad situation for me that i got missing items in package and my day ruined. I informed the amazon support on the same day and a replacement order booked (Order #[protected].
                              As this order was scheduled to be delivered on 03.10.2024, I checked the status online on 05.10.2024 and found it showing as delivered on 03.10.2024. Immediately, I lodged a complaint to amazon support team on 05.10.2024 and they told me that their team will investigate and will supply my product by 06.10.2024 evening and I will also get a call from Amazon team regarding the delivery. Being Sunday on 06.10.2024 I waited but unfortunately till now neither I got a call from Amazon nor got my product.
                              On the website it is showing that only by today i am eligible for refund and now I am clue less what to do? Even now it is not possible to contact amazon support in this regards as i am not able to locate who to contact them telephonically or other way to contact,

                                Amazon shipped this order with amazon courier service and their own partner that is Amazon courier services was the carrier partner. This item was marked as delivered on 29th Sep at 06.18 pm. Immediately contacted Amazon helpline at 06.19 pm. They asked me to wait for 48 hours. On 1st Oct, after contacting them, they raised an internal investigation, of which they are not ready to share any details and nor they are ready to share proof of delivery.

Upon receiving the delivery, I was shocked to find that the product was damaged/spoiled. This was highly unacceptable, given the expectations I have from a reputable platform like Amazon.                                   Ensure that I am provided with a full refund or a replacement of the damaged product.

                                    Good evening to whoever this may concern I had ordered a pair of puma shoes on cash on delivery on delivery I paid the delivery agent and opened the box in front of him and the box was empty I called Amazon customer care right away and told them about problem and said to ask the delivery agent who was with me they refused to speak to him saying it's company policy but they will raise an investigation and to call back after 4/5 days when I did to my surprise they told me they can't do anything as there investigation agent said the shoe was in the Box and didn't wanna help any further being a foreigner in India i didn't know what I could do but go to the police when I did the police told me to go to the cyber crime police and they told me to try on this site once so I'm doing as they told me attached are the picture of the order the reason of being so late is I was not in the country I had gone back home and just got 2 weeks back and had a Amazon problem so I decided now I need to take legal action as they are now taking advantage of the situation so I request you to please look into to it i have shared another order of the same shoe which i finally ordered through Flipkart as I wanted that shoe and recieved it from Flipkart buy i expect Amazon to refund my Money as the box was empty and there was proof of the delivery agent too order number is[protected] ) date of delivery ( 28-Jun-2024 ) thankyou.
