Amazon India — the prepaid products have not been delivered | |||
I have placed the order #[protected] from amazon.in on 24th july. And its showing in my account that it has been delivered on 29th july. But i did not receive anything. I am calling and sending emails to amazon india. But they are not doing anything or investigating the matter. It was a rakhi gift so i wanted it to get delivered at least on 5th august. Now amazon people are saying that they can't deliver the product. As they have delivered it to someone else. But i want all the products to be delivered to me. I have questions : Why did the courier boy not call up the given cell number before delivering it??? How can they deliver the prepaid products to anyone else??? Was this information helpful? | |||
