Amazon India — the product is not delivered | |||||
I placed two different orders on the same day i. E on 13th april 2018 with below list of products. With amazon india Order1#[protected] with honor 6x mobile Order#[protected] with jewellery box and screen guard for honor 6 x The order 1 with honor 6 x mobile is supposed to be delivered on 17th, but on the 16th april (6pm) i directly got the delivery confirmation stating that "the product is delivered and share my feed back??? I just had a thought that was updated mistakenly. I made a call to the courier guy (Amazon delivery agent phone: [protected] & [protected]), after many calls, he confirmed that he received only two products of order#2 (Screen guard and jewellery box) and he delivered those.in any issue he asked me to speak with customer care. So now on 18th i reported this incident to amazon stating i didn't receive that product, they said they will investigate and provide me the confirmation within 2, 3 working days. However as i didn't receive intermediate updates i was keep on calling the customer service agent for the updates. And now on today (21st april) they confirmed that" the product was delivered to me and they have the confirmation too and they are going to help me in this case??? How??? Again i called customer care and explained everything and asked for the proof of the delivery (That delivery guy must be getting the sign and mobile number while hand overing the delivery?) but he refused and said that they don't have access to that. Finally i managed to get the delivery guy number from customer service. I. E [protected]. When i called this number, that guy just cut the call and kept his mobile on switch off mode. I am helpless. Again i called the customer care, and i explained the response i got and asked him to provide me the address of that courier guy. But he is helpless. And confirmed me that he will escalate the issue and will ask the team to recheck. Now i called the other number (#[protected]) of delivery agent. He clearly stated that he received only two products and he didn't receive any thing other than that. He is also stated that i need to speak only with amazon customer service for any further and he was not responsible for that. Also highlighted that they will not get signature while handing over the delivery to the customer tracking can happen only through phone calls. Also he was ready to do any extent if i prove that he received 3 products. Here i want to highlight few points: 1- i didn't receive any cal from amazon agent on 16th april, if the say yes show me the proof. 2. As confirmed my delivery agent, they will not get signature on confirmation, whereas in the delivery feed back it was clearly stated that "it was signed by sindhuja" 3 where is my order now???
