Amazon India — They delivered half product that's also late delivery and asking for full payment

I bought 5 items from amazon.in website they delivered 2 item on time but last 3 items they didn't delivered me after raises so many complaints
my product order no is
1.[protected] (2 items) which is cash on deliver item its
and
2. 402.[protected] Items) the delivered me 2 items one item still remaining one item which items I already paid amount.

I call customer support team for my product they told me that the delivered as soon as possible but they didn't do this
I told them I need all item and I wouldn't pay for all item if they delivered any time and also told need double payment of already paid item and also all item
