Amazon India — they have put my account on hold in which I had 2000 rs as amazon pay balance. | |||||
Sir I have loaded money in amzon pay balance of 2000rs on 12 may, 2017. They have put my account on hold on 13th may, 2017 stating that they are suspicious about my credit card activity and asked me to fax those documents. I mailed them that fax is difficult for me but without reading my mail, they replied same. And, facing so much of inconvinience, i faxed them all the documents they need. And followed them again, they asked that credit card company has not authorised the transaction. I called amex customer care and they told me that they have authorised the transaction. I asked to amazon people that how can money was loaded to amazon without authorisation of bank. I provided them all the information about fax and everything, now they are sending me the same mail to fax the same documents. First of all there is no way to directly talk to the team who has the authority to put any account on hold. Second, they dont read my mail and reply the same thing. Please help as amazon customer care is not helping. As you can see in attached document there mail on 13th may and 26 july are same and i have provided every information. They have harassed me, i had to put a lot of energy which was futile as they dont respond accurately. Please let me know if you need any other info. Was this information helpful? | |||||
