Amazon India — too much delay in order delivery | |||
Dear team, I have ordered a book named soil science on 13 feb. And still havenot received yet. I need compensation for delay. Please note following points are observed during talking to your helpline number;- 1-no tracking for delayed product by amazon employees. 2-after too many follow ups, there is no action taken by customer care. 3-amazon cannot pay compensation for delayed product. 4-there are millions of customers, so amazon cannot track the delayed product as informed by amazon executive. 5.-there is no benefit for prime customer as there is too much delayed. 6-there is no proper email id provided by amazon care. If such type of problem exist then how can we trust on amazon. This is not the first time that prodcts are getting delayed. Please look for this and take a strict action and provide me the compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
