[Resolved]  Amazon India — unauthorized debit from amazon pay balance - inr 393

Dear sir,

Please refer to the subject line mentioned above.

There were unauthorized debit amounting to inr 393/- from my amazon pay account. On 2nd apr'19 at around 1.15pm, i received two consecutive messages that inr 250/- and inr 143/- has been paid from amazon pay balance on komparify.

Please note that these transactions are not authorized from my end. I never made any purchases on amazon today. These transactions have taken place due to system issues of amazon and hence, request you to forthwith refund back inr 393/- back to my amazon pay balance.

I have already raised complaint with your team vide complaint no. [protected]. Your team has promised a full refund of inr 393/- asap since i have reported the unauthorized transaction immediately.

Please ensure that inr 393/- is refunded back to me immediately.
