I am writing to tell you that an unauthorized transaction was occurred from my credit card account on 12 July. SMS (short massage service) or other notification sent by you shows that an automatic payment was made to Amazon Prime Membership. However this payment was unauthorized. Kindly check the attached screen shot of SMS and take an action immediately. I already have blocked my credit card after get fraud transaction information.
