I, VIPIN KUMAR, from KOZHIKODE, KERALA, lodged a prepaid order (Order ID: 404‑1173811‑9257157) for a Motorola Razr 60 Ultra (₹99, 000) on 16 June 2025 via Amazon India, sold by Darshita Electronics. Despite “out for delivery” status on 20 June, no delivery attempt was made, yet the order was falsely marked “Customer rejected delivery.” After repeated assurances of a re‑delivery on 21 June, Amazon subsequently claimed the product was “damaged in transit.” Their email reply even referred to a wrong Order ID and incorrect refund amount, reflecting gross negligence, unfair trade practice, deficiency of service, and mental harassment. I seek compensation for harassment, and appropriate corrective action against Amazon and Darshita Electronics.
