Amazon India — Unethical behaviour when i complaint against faulty product Redmi mi4 | |||||
I have placed order on 13 june 2017 with order id Order #[protected]. When i got that product i found its screen is blinking, camera quality is so poor as well sim slot is very tight. So i complaint to amazon customer care more then 5 times but they guys only make foolish only. First one said your payment refund on 22 june but when i didn't get any response from amazon i write and call to amazon again then its executive said you need to download a app first but when i try to access amazon provide link found hat didn't work then now again i contact with amazon now executive said that you need to access a new link and all talking very badly. I didn't know what amazon treat with customers. Please help me to explore amazon fraud to all customers so he aware to amazon fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
