Being a reputed corporate house we prefer and keep trust on amazon but if they follow this type of service standard then it would be great loss in future.
Please check the name of mr. Rajan chadha (Id - 1649. [protected]@gmail.com) who is your frequent valued customer. He place order for special sweet from ghasitaram mawa modaks from mumbai from amritsar for puja purpose. He used this shop through you so many times in past and accordingly placed order for the same (Order no[protected]) and received absolutely rotten and smelling sweets for puja which was delivered on 14/07/17 after 10 days after collection from the shop.
He spoken with ms. Nandini in customer care and she promised for recovery services but unfortunately proved false. Again placed order for the same on 20/07/17 (Order no[protected]) as a gentleman gesture, delivered on time but amazon sleeping nicely throwing the ball on ghastiaram shop, we don't know the shop, we know amazon. We don't care for small amount but surely care for customer services being in hospitality industry. Not expected from amazon...
So kindly take it on priority basis and recover the services asap otherwise it would be in a bigger shape.
