Amazon India — unknown payment through credit card | |||
I have been charged rupees 6900 for a prime membership from my fathers credit card. This happend in july 2017 i tried reporting it many times. Since having multiple accounts in amazon i am unable to figure out from which account it has been deducted. I can provide you the details of the card can you please check and refund my money since i havent used the membership at all. The Customer Care of Amazon is pathetic. You will have no help from them to track it. Nor do the refund money...They are bloody swindlers...They edit orders and generated multiple orders out of my one order. And called it its system generated...Their system is designed wrongly in a way which favors them to fool ppl easily...
