Amazon India — unprofessional delivery practices

Every time i request they say you are not available when i'm at home whole day waiting for the lazy delivery guy

Products to my house could be delivered before with no issues,
Plus products from different account to same address could be delivered on the same days but not the replacement

Updated by Yohan23 Tried calling to CR but the CC didn't connect my call they wasted my more than one hour ... They said will arrange a call back within 18 to 24 hours,
But it's been 3 days after the call...no response,

I don't think Amazon has intension of fixing my issue

Again the delivery guy says I'm not available where I'm literally waiting for at my door whole day,
Now they've cancelled my order,
But now I claim for the hastle I faced,
I wasted three days at home where I could have earned my daily bread,
I claim for my loss
