Amazon India — Unprofessionalism

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unfulfilled giveaway prize that was promised to me by Amazon Fashion India and Minimalist (beMinimalist) through their official Instagram pages.

I was declared a winner of a giveaway contest hosted in collaboration by the above-mentioned brands. After being announced as a winner, I was contacted via direct message to provide my address, which I promptly shared.

However, it has now been more than two weeks, and I have neither received the promised prize nor any response to my follow-up messages. I have attempted to reach out multiple times via Instagram DMs and comments, but my messages remain unseen or ignored. Most recently, it appears that my comments are being restricted or deleted.

This lack of transparency and accountability is not only disheartening but also unethical, especially considering the public nature of the giveaway and the fact that my name was announced as a winner.
