Amazon India — unsupportive and unresponsive customer care

I purchased Gold medal Door bell with order id[protected] from Amazon on 9th April. after few days it starts malfunctioning and keep ringing . so i looked for product support as it comes with 1 yr. warranty. I reached so many time to brand and amazon care both are unresponsive and especially amazon care is so unsupportive as they took all document like invoice, payslip, email to brand screenshots and then no response. They simply cut the phone inbetween conversation, don't try to call me back, not even providing solution to me. I am still looking for sulution ! Also, their support team is behaving like untrained, less skill illiterate like behaviour... not understanding the exact query, concerned product and so trying to mess the whole conversation. Their intension is to waste the customer time
