Amazon India — updating as "item delivered" without delivering the item to customer - three orders | |||
1. The following three orders have been updated online by amazon as "item delivered" whereas the item has not been delivered to me. (A) order id[protected], order date - 08 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 15 feb 20. (B) order id[protected], order date - 08 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 15 feb 20. (C) order id[protected], order date - 08 feb 20, date o[censored]pdation - 14 feb 20. 2. It is not understood how amazon has updated its records online that item has been delivered, whereas the fact is that the delivery person has not even called or contacted me. 3. Although i contacted the customer support both on chat and voice call, they have not provided me with a complaint number. Without which, i would be unable to follow up my complaint. Their assurances that product would be delivered in due course of time is meaningless and defeats the very purpose of a consumer-support infrastructure. Was this information helpful? | |||
