[Resolved]  Amazon India — upi payment failed money debited more than 11 days passed

I paid 5000 to jay motors on 22 oct through amazon pay upi my money is debited and transaction failed bank told me to contact amazon we could not help you in this case when i contact to amazon upi support they told me due to holidays you got your refund within 30th sept after then they told me definitely you got it on 1 of november they only giving excuse
Say no to amazon upi they only making fool to their loyal customer and eating customer money registered email in amazon [protected]@gmail.com

Solve my query amazon otherwise i go to higher authority and file a case in consumer court against amazon 3 to 5 day money refund policy

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Manoj ("Complainant").
We find that we are unable to redress the complaint since the order ID that has been provided is incorrect.
You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of the amazon.in account.
We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from you with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
The above cited reference number may be quoted in the reply.
