Amazon India — Upi transaction pending & Unethical behaviour of customer care | |
I am writing to inform you that I made a UPI transaction of ₹725.00 on 31st August, 2021 wide Transaction ID:[protected] through Amazon Pay which is pending from UPI but deducted from my account ending 2849. I contacted Amazon 2-3 times and everything they told me that the payment is pending by your bank side and you only have to contact to your bank for this pending transaction. But My bank executive told me that the payment is only pending and stucked by amazon and this problem is faced by many customers of amazon. Today I called a Amazon customer care and talked one of amazon executive named Ashish who is so rude to me and use filthy languages and cut my call. I'm going through financial problems and this ₹725 is very big amount for me. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.
