This has caused significant inconvenience and delay, especially when the items were time-sensitive. I have verified that my address and contact details are correct, and I have not received any calls or messages from the delivery agent during these failed attempts.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter and ensure that future deliveries are handled appropriately. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could look into the specific orders that were returned and assist with either re-shipping them or processing a refund.
