I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order delivery on 12th August 2025.
I had ordered two products:
1. Aerol Silicone Lubricant Spray, Grade 70 (300g/513ml) – Paid in advance via UPI.
2. ZEBRONICS Zeb-Sound Feast 500 Bluetooth 5.0 Portable Speaker – Cash on Delivery.
On 12th August, amazon delivery agent came to my residence. He handed over only the speaker and I paid through UPI for it. I specifically asked him about the other product (Silicone Spray), but he clearly told me that he did not have it and advised me to raise a complaint for a refund.
After that, he asked for the OTP. Since he had given me one product, I shared it, believing that the OTP was only for that product. I was never informed that the same OTP would be used for both items.
The same day, I raised a complaint through the Amazon application. But to my shock, the complaint was closed without resolution, stating that the order was already delivered. This is completely wrong because I never received the Silicone Spray, even though I had already paid for it in advance.
This is highly unprofessional and unfair.
I demand immediate action as follows:
1. Refund of the full amount paid for the Aerol Silicone Spray which I never received.
2. Proper investigation into this matter, including why the delivery agent misinformed me.
3. Assurance that such mishandling and false “delivered” status will not happen again.
If this issue is not resolved within 1 week, I will escalate the matter to the court.
