Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a non-refunded payment on the Amazon Shopping app.
I had placed an order worth ₹721 on 2nd June 2025, which was cancelled by Amazon on the same day. I was informed that the amount would be refunded within 5–7 business days. However, today is 24th July 2025, and I have still not received the refund.
I have contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, but each time they claim that the issue lies with my bank. However, after visiting my bank, I was clearly informed that no refund has been initiated or held by the bank, and the issue is from Amazon’s end.
This situation has caused me mental stress and wasted time. The contradictory statements from Amazon and my bank have left me helpless and disappointed as a customer.
I request you to urgently look into this matter and process my refund of ₹721 immediately.
