Amazon India — Useless Product delivered related

Useless product delivered by Amazon to me at home. I complaint of the same product many times through mails to Amazon but not accepting the product issue and not refund of the debited money to me. The product is useless and delivered 9/7/2025 to me after received product at home we eat the product but very bad smell and omate to me from the delivered product hence I complaint with Amazon on same day but were not accepting the product issue and rejected for refund money to me. All complaint mails with me available.
