Amazon India — Want Money to be transfered from gift card balance to my bank account

I have ordered a phone from amazon.in
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G on 28 September of amount 44, 900 which after sometime i opted for the refund as i was getting it way cheaper from some another source while opting for refund i was given a choice of getting the money refunded in same source or else i can transfer it to my amazon pay balance. To get money to refunded to same source i had to wait 7 to 8 working days as i have to make payment for the phone i though of selecting second option to get balance on my amazon pay. as a first time user i didn't knew much about the app and also there were no warning a the time of refund that you cannot transfer these balance in your bank account you can only use it on amazon. Now i want my money to be transferred to my bank account as i have already brought the phone from somewhere else and its hard for me survive as the amount is very big and also i m not looking forward to buy anything from amazon anytime soon
