Amazon India — want my money back into the same account, unknown charged has been applied on me | |
Hi, I seriously have no idea regarding the chargeable amount of 1, 309.58 rs. I am very confident that i have not used my credit card at all. The reason is i am not even in india from last january 2018. And suddenly what the heck i see that i am being charged of this amount in the last month which i don't even know, fortunately i checked my statement and then saw i did not order anything. I have all the valid proof to show that i have no used this. It can be a big issue, therefore would request you to revert the charges back along with extra charges which was applied.
