Amazon India — Warranty claim for tv

I had purchased a tv along with a quess care extended warranty from amazon on 10th April 2021. That warranty they have said to deliver to my mail. When i noticed that it's not there in my mail so i have contacted them and asked about the product delivery they said that it's got cancelled so i asked them that i dnt need a refund i need warranty only. They had agreed that and confirmed me that the warranty will continue. So i believed that till yesterday (31st August 22) i saw a horizontal line on the bottom of my tv display from yesterday. So i tried to contact the seller regarding warranty claim but when i contacted them they said that i can't claim for it as the warranty got cancelled. I spoked with Amazon persons too but they are supporting to scam and allowing to fraud on their platform. Today (01/09/22)they are trying to refund my money. They have cheated my money.
