I claimed for warranty on 31st July 2022 on Amazon for my Amazon basic 12 place setting dishwasher (order id:[protected]. I had ordered it on 11 august 2021 and the product has a 2 year warranty, and costed me 24, 499.
But the technician kept on canceling and finally visited on 25th of August 2022.
And the query hasn't been resolved till today that is 9th of October 2022
In this duration I have called the customer service on multiple occasions and given 1 to 2 hrs each time on call. The customer service executives have only given me misinformation and no real solution was provided and i was only asked to wait. I have lost a lot of time on this and it was quite draining mentally too Was this information helpful? |
