I have purchased Havells water purifier on 9th Aug 2022 ( Order Id:[protected] & it was supposed to be delivered on dtd: 16th Aug 2022. But till now it has not been delivered to me. I am continually taking follow-up with the customer service team & given various complaints, but no one gives a proper answer.
The same problem occurred on my previous order ( Order id:[protected] on dtd: 31st July 2022 & it was supposed to deliver on dtd: 2nd Aug 2022, but finally upto dtd: 5th Aug 2022 it was not delivered. And my order was cancelled.
I am facing this problem continuously for the second time, but no one is taking it seriously from the Amazon team. Was this information helpful? |
