I had oredered wd 1tb external hard disk and bag cover in date 20-12-12 Morning 11:00 am my order is successfully placed it sent me a conformation msg but it cancelled my order in evening 6:14 to told me it's price error When this time i bought it it's price is 2999 but in this time it's price is 3644 rupees and customer care told me reorder your product.. My question is when i bought it's product 2999 only so why i'll pay extera mony to reorder its product to buy 3644 rupee Was this information helpful? | |

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 23, 2017 Updated by Akash Dewangan I had requested an external hard disk of 1TB of the WD element from Amazon but the company cheated me and delivered me some other parcel whose picture I was attached to.And the Amazon company threatened me with Rs.2999 so that You are requested to take appropriate action on Amazon Company parsal had deleverd me 23 december       | |
