Amazon India — will sue the company in consumer court

Dear Team,
Kindly look into the matter as i have order the product before 25 days which was to be delivered with 3-4 days but now after 25 days you said that product is lost and such products money cant be refunded. now clear the matter or i sue the company for such thing in consumer court because niether i got the product nor i able to get refund
