Amazon India — Worst customer service by amazon | |||||
I sent a gift from Amazon to someone and she received a damaged Product from Amazon, while inform regarding this to Amazon they told to we need to return the product, The order is delivered to a lady and she is not able to return the product on her own and there is no courier service available near by. So this is not possible for her to send the product back. I inform all the things to Amazon but they are still saying she need to send the product back. Just think how shameful it is. Generally this should be the responsibility of the e-commerce business owners, if someone received a damaged product, then they need to bring the product back and then they process Money Return or send a new Product again to the customer. This is the Policy of Amazon; they direct us/ command us to return the product. They think we have enough time to find out a courier and send back the damaged Products to Amazon. What a Great Service, Great policy of Amazon. Request Amazon to look into this Great service and don't harass customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
