Amazon India — Worst customer service experience | |||||
I had placed 2 orders. Order #[protected] and Order #[protected]. Both the tops when delivered, I was shocked with the quality of the products. Products were in no way anywhere as per item description. I placed return request on the same day. Nov. 21, 2016 was return pickup scheduled for Order #[protected] and Nov. 23, 2016 was return pickup scheduled for Order #[protected]. The pickup was never done for either of the tops. made numerous call to Amazon and was promised pickup will happen soon and they will raise complaint to Transport team of Amazon. Nov. 26, 2016 i called Amazon who said they will arrange a pickup for Nov. 28, 2016. Today, Nov. 29, 2016 i call to say that pickup not done, they tell me to wait for another 4 business days and complaint will be raised again. whats wrong with Amazon? they started from being to best and now they have become worst. worst customer service agents who dont even know how to talk to customers. all they say is that they need pickup to be done to process refund. not doing pickup neither processing refund.
