Amazon India — worst delivery service | |||
Here in thanjavur the delivery service is far more worser than anywhere inthe country. I ordered for organic ragi flour in 24 mantra which is due to arrive 12 sept but for some reason it arrived early on 11 sept and i got the intimation from amazon about the arrival. Then i got a missed call from the deliverer then i called back immediately but he refused to pick up for a while then again i called back, the deliverer answered the call and said that he couldn't find my house (I have been receiving every amazon parcels for the past 4 months without any trouble) that i need to come to his place in order to get my parcel otherwise he would return it as stating that the person is unavailable. Is this the way amazon works? Do we really need to get to the deliverer exact location to get our products? A truly terrible delivery service i would say my tracking id is[protected] and my deliverer phone number is [protected] I am not getting my delivery product due to this deliverer lethargic and disrespectful attitude.
