This is regarding the transaction of 737.43 inr ( of 10.99 $) made by Amazon.in without my consent using the saved details of my credit card for renewal of my Amazon prime membership, which I never asked for. Its totally unacceptable to me. Kindly cancel this illegal transaction & revert the money back.
Amazon is looting the consumers by first giving free trial membership of 1 month. After the trial period is over, they, On their Own, without the knowledge of the customer, shamelessly renewing the membership on their own ILLEGALLY using the saved Credit Card details of poor consumers on their site. They sent a sms to me indicating, they have deducted the money from my credit card for renewal of my amazon prime membership, and for which further authentication (like sending an OTP to consumer etc) is not mandatory as per RBI guidelines! This membership is amounting to 10.99$ or 737.43 INR even without my knowledge and consent.
Such a fraud on part of Amazon India!!!
Please help me in getting my money back.

You had bought Milagrow Aguabot 5.0 Water from Amazon.in on 5/12/2016.
We provided you impeccable service after giving you a post sales demo till now.
We are the brand owners and manufacturers of Milagrow robots and we used to sell on Amazon under our seller name RoboCare.
We have sold 500+ robots in the last one year on the Amazon platform.
We believed that warranty to the customers was Milagrow's responsibility till Amazon assumed the triple role of law maker, law enforcer and judiciary to safeguard the interest of Milagrow customers who bought from Amazon. They started to override our analysis of issues related to our product or our customers.
While most customers are genuine, some customers are not. Some have returned the products after usage on Amazon due its friendly policies and bought our products afresh from other platforms, some got refund from Amazon, in violation of the return policies. In many cases the returned products never reached us or compensation was denied to us etc etc. Despite bringing such cases to Amazon notice we were neither heard nor compensated for. All escalations fell on deaf ears.
We have decided to stop selling on the Amazon platform till our issues are resolved. Amazon has taken the mantle to safeguard the interest of the customers who have bought Milagrow robots from Amazon and compensate them (in case required) from our money which they are withholding.
Since Amazon is taking responsibility of safeguarding your interests, we humbly request you to approach Amazon for in-warranty as well as out-of-warranty service. In case they are unable to provide you the service you may ask them to refund you the money for the product you bought. We would be happy to provide you a fresh product (in case the same model is available) at the same price with a fresh start of the warranty period. Other wise we will give you special offers on our new models.
You had complained yesterday and even told us that the product has been tampered by your people and hence it is not covered under warranty. But It pains us beyond words for the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in service for no fault of yours.
