I placed my order#[protected] on august 27, 2017 from seller magicdeal storefront. It was supposed to deliver before sep 7, 2017. But i didn't receive the order yet, and whenever i call amazon helpline and ask about the order they tell the same thing over and over again that seller will contact me in next 2 days but i get no response from seller. Yesterday i received a feedback email from amazon about the product that leave your feedback how was the product. I was like i didn't even receive any order yet and why am i getting this feedback email because usually amazon send the feedback email after the product has been received by the customer so i wondered and called them just today. The agent named rakesh asked me the concern i explained him everything and he said i will send your email to seller you'll get reply from seller i said no this is fourth time you're telling me the same thing but it is not helping i wasn't getting any response from the seller. I asked him to help me and asked him to tell me the reason behind it that why i didn't get the order yet. He was like so quiet i said respond me on this don't just stay quiet he was like he wasn't getting me he was just listening to me but not answering me. I asked him to let me speak with his supervisor but he didn't transfer my call instead he hung up on me. They hung up every time they don't really help the customer i never get the chance to speak with the supervisor i don't why they let me speak with their manager or supervisor. I don't understand why company hire such person who are not able to communicate with the customer, i mean the agent like this who can't handle the customer what they are doing there. Is it because of the improper training? Why they hang up the call without any reason? What am i supposed to do i've been calling them from last couple of days but getting no updates on the product no messages no emails i mean what is this? I paid them the money 680/- online through my debit card. I am totally dissatisfied with the services and the respond i am getting from their agents. I have no time to spend it with them every single day i have other things to do i am a student and do part time work as well i have to study the work everything so i cannot spend more time with arguing them guys so please i want a strict action against them. This is not the first time it is happening with me. But this time i want you to take a strict action against the company and the seller.

    I have oredered scott international black sweatshirt in amazon on 07/09 and my estimated delivery was 12/09 and i agreed for the same and ordered the product. And when checking the tracking details on sunday i was shocked. They updated my tracking detail like the order was delay in delivery on customer request which i never asked for any delay in delivery. For the same issue i have chatting with two agents from amazon pavan and pancham, they never solved my issue and answerd my questions till end and they telling like it was technical issues. For technical issues in their database why customer should be blammed. Finally they never answered my question and disconnected the chat. Waste of time for 2 hours. Don't believe amazon.

      On 02/09/17 i bought a lenovo k8 note mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem.

      1. Heat issue while plugged in charge
      2. While handling the phone causes heat problem.

      I made a call to amazon customer care, they told me to go for smart check app to verify the mobile issue. They don't you have trust on privilege customer instead they are trusting the app. We are the one going to use it.

      They are concerned only about the amazon policy and not on the customers end. Moving forward its better to stop purchase from amazon due to unfavoured on the customer end. Its all raise a red flag and stop purchasing from amazon and let them concern about their stupid policies.

      Atleast some peoples will avoid purchasing in amazon beacuse of me and they should be aware of this.

      Spread this info much as can to your friends, neighbours and relatives. I am going to post this in all the pages, consumercouncil, shutter mouth, twitter etc etc.

      I was charged 11.30 on my Chase account.I have no idea what this charge is for. My statement says Amazon Digital Svcs. This transaction was dated 8/4/17

        I added rs.10000 to my amazon account a month back planning to buy a laptop for myself but when i tried using it i got an email from address verification team asking for statement of the bank which i submitted multiple times still no response please help me with this.

        I have tried contacting them multiple times still no solution from their side.

        I orderd my son pencil box 23th August and today is 5th september till now it did'nt come . The last date was showing in the mobile was 4th september amd it not came . I have done the payment by online baking . If have a lose i will file a case against amazon in consumer forum . so keep atrack of that .
        I am ordered on plus 5 on 25 th august 2017.

        estimate arrival time was from 25 august -29 th august 2017.
        Still not recieved till date
        i am not at all satisfied with service.
        So please cancel my order and refund my money.
        I have call to customer care so much time they have also not responded properly

                One sari was delivered to [protected]@gmail.com but due to bad quality of fabric it was returned on date 28/08/017 and details of bank account was provided but till date amount has not been credited to account. It is requested to looked into and early response in this matter is accepted otherwise l will have to move to Consumer forum.

                    I had ordered two books on 3rd September, 2017, which were to be delivered by 8th September 2017. On 5th September and 7th September respectively, I received a message that your product has been delivered even when I didn't receive anything from amazon. I called their customer care only to be told that "we will look into it" . Later on 9th September, 2017, I learnt from their mobile app that the customer care guys have blocked my mobile number and I can only contact them via e-mail and the best part is that their email id nowhere to be seen .
                    This is cheating of the ultimate level.

                      I ordered amazon exclusive product - moto g5s plus against order no.[protected] on 31st aug 2017 and the packet was delivered on3rd sept 2017, however the same contained a rin soap bar instead of phone unit. I logged a complaint immediately with customer service but they are not responding to the status even after committed 5 days of investigation time. The 100% payment was made in advance with the order.

                        I have placed order yesterday for my product and it was showing that this will deliver to your doorstep by saturday 8am-6pm and now the status was showing out for delivery and after 1 hour its showing that the product is undeliverable and its being returned to the seller.

                        Is it good that customer facing such huge issues due to their transportation services problem
                        And they dont get the product on their promised and desired date.

                        I wants my full money back first and wants to seek 10% compensation for this issues.

                          I had placed a order on 3rd sep 2017 and the product was to be delivered by 7th sep 2017. On 7th sep 2017 i haven't got any call and message regarding the order which i placed and also the tracking which they provided has shown me wrong tracking. I had contacted customer care for 6 times and every time the customer care employees gave me a false reply. It took approx 2 hours for me to talk with them but it hasn't helped me to get my product. On the 8th sep 2017 i got a cancellation message of the order which i ordered. They haven't even intimated me regarding the cancellation. I had faced the same problem before also by this amazon online shopping. Please take necessary action on amazon and be helpful to me

                            Hi sir,
                            This is regarding the transaction of 737.43 inr ( of 10.99 $) made by Amazon.in without my consent using the saved details of my credit card for renewal of my Amazon prime membership, which I never asked for. Its totally unacceptable to me. Kindly cancel this illegal transaction & revert the money back.
                            Amazon is looting the consumers by first giving free trial membership of 1 month. After the trial period is over, they, On their Own, without the knowledge of the customer, shamelessly renewing the membership on their own ILLEGALLY using the saved Credit Card details of poor consumers on their site. They sent a sms to me indicating, they have deducted the money from my credit card for renewal of my amazon prime membership, and for which further authentication (like sending an OTP to consumer etc) is not mandatory as per RBI guidelines! This membership is amounting to 10.99$ or 737.43 INR even without my knowledge and consent.
                            Such a fraud on part of Amazon India!!!
                            Please help me in getting my money back.

                              My paid order was cancelled for invalid reasons by stating that the seller is out of stock with the product, but in reality it is not so as i am able to place a new fresh order of the same product from the same seller.
                              I have made this order in promotional offer so i get the product at low that current price, but amazon cancelled my paid order.
                              This is a cheating with customer, and there is worst response from the customer support they are clearly declining to fulfill my order.

                                  Thank you amazon for making me a fool for the last two weeks...
                                  I bought a lenovo k8 note on 21st august sale..
                                  It was not at all good. Hence i asked for the return.. U gave me a replacement...
                                  That was the worst product i had ever seen till now..
                                  A turbo charging 4000mah battery mobile takes 7 full hours to charge 90%...
                                  And discharges within 2 hours.

                                  When called you, u guys told me that you will send a technician, who never came by the way...

                                  All i was asking was my money.. But you guys are not even creating a proper return..

                                  You made me call you guys daily for creating one return and finally the return was created on 6th september.

                                  But you guys gave a wrong imei number to the pick-up person and he didn't even wait for 5 mins to get it clarified..

                                  Again, when i called you, you told me that he will come on 8th to collect the phone..
                                  But he cancelled the return.

                                  How could you be this much ignorant??
                                  Is this what the value you have for your customers??

                                  Again i had to call you guys and blindly wait for the return to be created.

                                  I don't have anything to check for the status of the return also (Both in website and app)

                                  The only thing i am having is a stupid mail you guys sent for rating..

                                  I have some questions for you..

                                  Is there only one attempt for return pickup??
                                  If not why he cancelled the return??
                                  Why the pick-up person didn't wait for me to get clarified from cc?
                                  Why the return was cancelled without my knowledge??
                                  What is the compensation you are gonna give for my suffering??
                                  Why wrong imei had been given to the pick-up person??

                                  Will i get my money back or not??

                                    Hi my name is amit, i bought milagrow aquabot 5.0 on 5th dec 2016 (Order no[protected] from amazon. Currently my product is not working and i called milagrow to give service. They denied and told me since product is sold by amazon please ask them. When i ask amazon they told me to get "service deniel letter" duly sighned. Now milagrow is telling since they didnt sold the product they will not give the letter. Please tell what i should do now. Amozon representative has quoted "there are many ways to get the letter". When i told them they should communicate with supplier as they are selling their product on their website they told we dont take guaranty of the product after 10 days.

                                    You had bought Milagrow Aguabot 5.0 Water from Amazon.in on 5/12/2016.

                                    We provided you impeccable service after giving you a post sales demo till now.

                                    We are the brand owners and manufacturers of Milagrow robots and we used to sell on Amazon under our seller name RoboCare.

                                    We have sold 500+ robots in the last one year on the Amazon platform.

                                    We believed that warranty to the customers was Milagrow's responsibility till Amazon assumed the triple role of law maker, law enforcer and judiciary to safeguard the interest of Milagrow customers who bought from Amazon. They started to override our analysis of issues related to our product or our customers.

                                    While most customers are genuine, some customers are not. Some have returned the products after usage on Amazon due its friendly policies and bought our products afresh from other platforms, some got refund from Amazon, in violation of the return policies. In many cases the returned products never reached us or compensation was denied to us etc etc. Despite bringing such cases to Amazon notice we were neither heard nor compensated for. All escalations fell on deaf ears.

                                    We have decided to stop selling on the Amazon platform till our issues are resolved. Amazon has taken the mantle to safeguard the interest of the customers who have bought Milagrow robots from Amazon and compensate them (in case required) from our money which they are withholding.

                                    Since Amazon is taking responsibility of safeguarding your interests, we humbly request you to approach Amazon for in-warranty as well as out-of-warranty service. In case they are unable to provide you the service you may ask them to refund you the money for the product you bought. We would be happy to provide you a fresh product (in case the same model is available) at the same price with a fresh start of the warranty period. Other wise we will give you special offers on our new models.

                                    You had complained yesterday and even told us that the product has been tampered by your people and hence it is not covered under warranty. But It pains us beyond words for the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in service for no fault of yours.

                                      I ordered a Yellow coloured Milton Lunch Box but They sent Sky Blue colour Milton Lunch Box . When i wants to return this one they said i have to pay the postage charges .
                                      Why i will pay the Postage and delivery charge because this is not my mistake it's totally company mistake so they should pay this money so I didn't returned it because the original price of Milton Lunch Box is 545 Rs in addition with 90 Rs Delivery Charge after I reviewed it . I shocked because I need yellow coloured Milton Lunch Box but They sent Sky Blue colour Milton Lunch Box. Then I decided to return it but the company said that I have to pay the postage charges . It means I will loose my 180 Rs for others mistake . They should replace with free of cost delivery charge and apologies for their mistake . Otherwise I will not buy anything online . I prefer to the market.
