I had placed a order on 3rd sep 2017 and the product was to be delivered by 7th sep 2017. On 7th sep 2017 i haven't got any call and message regarding the order which i placed and also the tracking which they provided has shown me wrong tracking. I had contacted customer care for 6 times and every time the customer care employees gave me a false reply. It took approx 2 hours for me to talk with them but it hasn't helped me to get my product. On the 8th sep 2017 i got a cancellation message of the order which i ordered. They haven't even intimated me regarding the cancellation. I had faced the same problem before also by this amazon online shopping. Please take necessary action on amazon and be helpful to me

    Hi sir,
    This is regarding the transaction of 737.43 inr ( of 10.99 $) made by Amazon.in without my consent using the saved details of my credit card for renewal of my Amazon prime membership, which I never asked for. Its totally unacceptable to me. Kindly cancel this illegal transaction & revert the money back.
    Amazon is looting the consumers by first giving free trial membership of 1 month. After the trial period is over, they, On their Own, without the knowledge of the customer, shamelessly renewing the membership on their own ILLEGALLY using the saved Credit Card details of poor consumers on their site. They sent a sms to me indicating, they have deducted the money from my credit card for renewal of my amazon prime membership, and for which further authentication (like sending an OTP to consumer etc) is not mandatory as per RBI guidelines! This membership is amounting to 10.99$ or 737.43 INR even without my knowledge and consent.
    Such a fraud on part of Amazon India!!!
    Please help me in getting my money back.

      This is with reference to my above order id-
      My paid order was cancelled for invalid reasons by stating that the seller is out of stock with the product, but in reality it is not so as i am able to place a new fresh order of the same product from the same seller.
      I have made this order in promotional offer so i get the product at low that current price, but amazon cancelled my paid order.
      This is a cheating with customer, and there is worst response from the customer support they are clearly declining to fulfill my order.
      I want amazon to solve the same issue a. S. A. P.

        I have purchased mi charger from amazon for rs. 449 and it was defective and called them to change/refund and they acknowledged but after specified time they didn't responded and called customer care and they registered my complaint but after two days i called again to customer care and they said they no complaint by you earlier and again registered complaint, now they are
        Not responding.

          Thank you amazon for making me a fool for the last two weeks...
          I bought a lenovo k8 note on 21st august sale..
          It was not at all good. Hence i asked for the return.. U gave me a replacement...
          That was the worst product i had ever seen till now..
          A turbo charging 4000mah battery mobile takes 7 full hours to charge 90%...
          And discharges within 2 hours.

          When called you, u guys told me that you will send a technician, who never came by the way...

          All i was asking was my money.. But you guys are not even creating a proper return..

          You made me call you guys daily for creating one return and finally the return was created on 6th september.

          But you guys gave a wrong imei number to the pick-up person and he didn't even wait for 5 mins to get it clarified..

          Again, when i called you, you told me that he will come on 8th to collect the phone..
          But he cancelled the return.

          How could you be this much ignorant??
          Is this what the value you have for your customers??

          Again i had to call you guys and blindly wait for the return to be created.

          I don't have anything to check for the status of the return also (Both in website and app)

          The only thing i am having is a stupid mail you guys sent for rating..

          I have some questions for you..

          Is there only one attempt for return pickup??
          If not why he cancelled the return??
          Why the pick-up person didn't wait for me to get clarified from cc?
          Why the return was cancelled without my knowledge??
          What is the compensation you are gonna give for my suffering??
          Why wrong imei had been given to the pick-up person??

          Will i get my money back or not??

          As seen in picture, how can i contact this number??

          I hope amazon sees this

            Hi my name is amit, i bought milagrow aquabot 5.0 on 5th dec 2016 (Order no[protected] from amazon. Currently my product is not working and i called milagrow to give service. They denied and told me since product is sold by amazon please ask them. When i ask amazon they told me to get "service deniel letter" duly sighned. Now milagrow is telling since they didnt sold the product they will not give the letter. Please tell what i should do now. Amozon representative has quoted "there are many ways to get the letter". When i told them they should communicate with supplier as they are selling their product on their website they told we dont take guaranty of the product after 10 days.

            You had bought Milagrow Aguabot 5.0 Water from Amazon.in on 5/12/2016.

            We provided you impeccable service after giving you a post sales demo till now.

            We are the brand owners and manufacturers of Milagrow robots and we used to sell on Amazon under our seller name RoboCare.

            We have sold 500+ robots in the last one year on the Amazon platform.

            We believed that warranty to the customers was Milagrow's responsibility till Amazon assumed the triple role of law maker, law enforcer and judiciary to safeguard the interest of Milagrow customers who bought from Amazon. They started to override our analysis of issues related to our product or our customers.

            While most customers are genuine, some customers are not. Some have returned the products after usage on Amazon due its friendly policies and bought our products afresh from other platforms, some got refund from Amazon, in violation of the return policies. In many cases the returned products never reached us or compensation was denied to us etc etc. Despite bringing such cases to Amazon notice we were neither heard nor compensated for. All escalations fell on deaf ears.

            We have decided to stop selling on the Amazon platform till our issues are resolved. Amazon has taken the mantle to safeguard the interest of the customers who have bought Milagrow robots from Amazon and compensate them (in case required) from our money which they are withholding.

            Since Amazon is taking responsibility of safeguarding your interests, we humbly request you to approach Amazon for in-warranty as well as out-of-warranty service. In case they are unable to provide you the service you may ask them to refund you the money for the product you bought. We would be happy to provide you a fresh product (in case the same model is available) at the same price with a fresh start of the warranty period. Other wise we will give you special offers on our new models.

            You had complained yesterday and even told us that the product has been tampered by your people and hence it is not covered under warranty. But It pains us beyond words for the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in service for no fault of yours.

              I ordered a Yellow coloured Milton Lunch Box but They sent Sky Blue colour Milton Lunch Box . When i wants to return this one they said i have to pay the postage charges .
              Why i will pay the Postage and delivery charge because this is not my mistake it's totally company mistake so they should pay this money so I didn't returned it because the original price of Milton Lunch Box is 545 Rs in addition with 90 Rs Delivery Charge after I reviewed it . I shocked because I need yellow coloured Milton Lunch Box but They sent Sky Blue colour Milton Lunch Box. Then I decided to return it but the company said that I have to pay the postage charges . It means I will loose my 180 Rs for others mistake . They should replace with free of cost delivery charge and apologies for their mistake . Otherwise I will not buy anything online . I prefer to the market.

                  Item is not delivered after 4 attempts. Delivery Executive comes without calling and cancels the delivery. Even today he did not answer my call. Look at the Order number and call me on registered Phone number/Email.

                  Extremely Pathetic Delivery department. Btw I paid Rs. 80 for Guaranted delivery.

                    I had order redmi 4a on 7th september 2017 and got confirmation sms and mail regarding successful ordering of the product. But next day got message that your order has been cancelled and and got same on the mail on 8th september 2017. With one more mail mentioning that refund successfully done.

                    I called amazon customer care to ask why it is cancelled my call was attended by mr. Arbaz, he 1st told me that the order has been cancelled due to payment not cleared by bank (But i got confirmation mail from my bank that amount of 5998 deducted) i told him i got confirmation from bank and got mail from bank regarding amount deduction he was not ready to accept the same and continuously tried to convince me that due to payment it has been cancelled. I told him i got mail confirmation of payment refund but mr. Arbaz was unable to find the same in their system. Later i share the refund mail to (Cs. [protected]@amazon.in) him. Then he changed his words and starts saying that the order was cancelled before the payment it self. I asked him why he is giving two different statements. Then he said (Apki marzi sir kya karna hai aage).

                    This is how amazon works... Shamefull.

                      I ordered mi redmi note 4g a3310 with mega bass sound headphone, my oder id is[protected]. But amazon cancel my order due to increased of price of that phone.. I contact to amazon customers service then they said due to shipment problem they cancelled my order. Then i said i want my ordered phone. But they wanted to money back.                         I have order a sanddisk ultra dual 32gb usb3.0 otg pen drive on dated 26.08.2017, but amazon has delivered the wrong product on dated 28.08.2017 amazon have delivered me wrong product 32 sandisk memory card.

                        After delivering the product they have cancelled it. Because of cancellation i am unable to return this product.

                        I have called amazon but 5 times but still issue is not yet resolved.

                          Placed an order for dongle on amazon on 2nd september for 599 rupees. On september 7th, i got a message on my phone that my order worth 599 ordered on www.olmarteshop.com(which is actually ordered on amazon.in) will be delivered by ecom express courier. Paid 599 rs only to receive a cheap non functional watch along with credit card wallet which, in anyway does not total to atleast 100 rupees.

                            Odered "time it designer self adhesive innovative diy (Do it yourself) analog wall clock - (Orange - black) - clwc110or1" from amazon with order number order #[protected]. Delivery date was 6th september 2017 but still not got the delivery. Tried calling delivery agent for 4 days but no response.

                            This is the worst response from amazon. Contacted twice to the amazon customer care but no resolution till the moment.

                              This is regarding two orders where i loaded 5000 on 29th jul'17 as 10% cashback there. 21st aug was the committed date but nothing added to pay balance. I called customer care nausheen and they told it will be done with 3 days if not then we will process manually.
                              Nothing happened.
                              Again called then cce said we are processing manually it will be credited within 24 hrs.
                              Nothing happened
                              Again called escalation desk rahul sharma and her manager alka told wait for 48hr it will be done

                              Again as usual nothing happened
                              Again i called cce team told by yesterday eod it will be done.

                              Nothing happened again

                              I called today cce sanjhal dated 8-sep.. Now they are telling going to raise new request and lead time would be 7-8 days..

                              What is this going on... Why a customer is going in circles for that which was an offer running.

                                I purchase online lenovo k8 mobile 18th august and deliver the product 25th aug and the product is technically defective jio incoming call not received when the mobile screen is sleep after 10 minute i complain amazon customer care 30aug he say run smart check software and all formality he says ur money is credited ur bank account within 5th aug but till 8 th aug the product is not pickup and my money not return. My order number is 406-[protected]. Very poor response by amazon. He generate pickup 4th aug but not couriers boy come i wait whole day only mental harassment by amazon. Plz solve my problem.

                                  I had booked 2 moto 4g plus phone cost of 11500. I paid 1 by credit card 1 by cash on delivery in amazon.
                                  1 mobile delivered at that time executive told it's a cash on delivery i paid 11500 and collected the phone and another one still i didn't received and from 2 days i am getting message like mobile will deliver today and have to pay cash again.
                                  As i told before 1 mobile i booked by paying through credit card.
                                  But i don't know why i did't received another phone and don't know why they asking to pay cash again.

                                  I need support from your team for getting mobile delivered which i payed through credit card.

                                      I had cancelled the above order and the product was supposed to have been picked up on 26th august 2017. This was not honored by amazon and i had subsequently called customer care several times and was promised twice that there would be action on this. However even after so many days, there is no action taken. I am constrained to approach my legal counsel to file a consumer case against amazon for the damages

                                        I have order smart watch of the 650₹ but i received a children's watch and card holder, amazon app shows order cancelled by seller but seller has sent me wrong item and taken cod amount 650₹, i have gifted that item to my friend birthday i have lost my value in front of my all friends because of amazon they are fooling customers like this way so taken an action on amazon for making this type of nesense.
