Amazon India — worst product autofurnish car cover

I have purchased a autofurnish car over for my new swift car from amazon.
After using 2 to 3 days when I felt car cover from my car, cover colour is coated on my car.After washing colour not disbursed from my car.i have contact to the amazon care but care executive told they are helpless for regarding same.
