Amazon India — Worst product sold and it stopped working exactly in 10 days after return period. | |
Hi sir The latest order of Panasonic CR123A lithium batteries (2units) worth Rs.450/- I would like to inform you about the disappointment i had to encounter as the batteries didn't function even for 6days. As i had a lot of faith on the reputated company i suspected problem with the device itself(panasonic wet/dry shaver ES7801 ) i have taken the device to a repairman to check for any malfunction, as a result of the pandemic the repairman had to postpone the diagnosis as there where many other pending orders. Recently i got to know that the device is in great condition and is functioning properly and when he diagnosed to check any issues with the batteries he found them dysfunctional. I've never expected this to happen as i have been shopping via amazon since 2013 always had great shopping experiences and have recommended the e-shopping company to many people and have seldom faced issues that too with products from reputated brands. I had many hopes from the product but such hopeless results caused despair. I would like to request the seller, the e-shopping company to consider the gravity of the issue and process my refund for the above said product amounting to Rs.450/- I would like to suggest the e-commerce shopping company to employ better methods of checking the genuinity of the products and so that the company doesnt need to be defamed.As a wellwisher and a loyal customer of Amazon.in Was this information helpful? | |
