Amazon India — Worthless customer service | |||||
If you tell me what is the worst customer service is available in India, that is Amazon customer service!!! There only two options available 1st they will never resolve your case or 2nd you will be delayed for minimum 2 months to solve a simple case. They will always tell you that we already filled your case but that is the common reply to you. They will never file your case until you call them 10 days 100 times... Actually Amazon is good but this people are polluting Amazon. Because they know that you cannot do anything against them. You may be use 2, 3, 4 slangs thats it.
