[Resolved]  Amazon India — wow brightening vitamin c face wash

I have ordered the product in diwali sale and availed option of rescheduling the delivery but i got calls on weekends insisting on taking the delivery,, and i told them that i rescheduled to another day. But i didn't get the product on rescheduled day. This happened twice despite raising complaints with amazon customer care executives. Then one day a customer executive (Vishnu singh) told me that i will be refunded with differential amount once i get delivery of new order and he told me he will call me to ensure that i will get refund so i placed new order. But he didn't call me on delivery date and on talking with another customer executive, she told me that it was not at all updated about refund, and she can't help me.

Updated by Pottimuthi I was told that this issue will not happen again but even after raising complaints no body took action and the product was returned to seller.Because one customer executive told me that i will get refund once i place new order i believed him and i placed new order, only to know today that he didn't update anything about refund.today also i spoke to one customer executive and she told me she can't help me anything.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Pottimuthi Mohan Kumar (“Complainant”) and find that he had ordered for WOW Brightening Vitamin C Face Wash - No Parabens, Sulphate, Silicones & Color - 100mL Tube (Product") from an independent third party seller Fit & Glow Healthcare Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 20.00 as a goodwill gesture was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance on 14th January, 2020.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
