Amazon India — Wrong information while tracking the order

My order No.[protected] for Omron 7132 is not delivered to me. But the tracking shows it is already delivered. I received a message on my mobile number [protected] that the order is already delivrd Please let me know to whom the item is delivered and if it is deliverd to a wrong person, refund the cost to me. If it is not delivered to a wrong person, arrange to deliver the order to me immediately

Updated by rajanram The item is delivered and received by me but company has never regretted for rude way of talking by their staff on telephobe and also not informed what steps they have taken to rectify their system so that the item is not wrongly informed as "Delivred" in their message, untill it is actually delivered Till then, my cmplaint stays and not disposed off.
