Amazon India — Wrong item delivered, and my account was blocked when complaint it

I ordered mouth swab of 100 Pcs pack but they delivered me a Eveready battery pack. When I complaint againt this, Amazon blocked my account instead of enquiring against this from vendor end. they informed me over the email only. It really rediculous.
However, I complained against Amazon to Consumer helpline number, and hope will surely get the refund for the same.
I suggest others also to call Consumer helpline numberin this situation. they take a quick action and in 99% cases you can get the full refund.
