I have recently purchased computer hardware products from Amazon on 17th January, 2024. I have received a few products on 18th January 2024 and the rest of them are on 20th January, 2024. All those products are received by my family members on my behalf as I am out of my hometown due to a certain emergency. I scrutinized all those items on 26th January, 2024 then I got to know that out of all the items I have received only one wrong item.
I purchased the i3 10th Generation processor, but I got a Pentium dual core by Amazon. The delivered item, which is a Pentium dual core, contained the packaging of i3 10th Generation processor, likewise it became a situation of fraud to me. Even I talked to the customer care executive of Amazon on 26th January 2024, but they told me your return window is closed and couldn't get a conclusive resolution from their side.
Then I mailed to Amazon on 27th January, 2024 regarding this concern. Though I got a response from their side but couldn't get relief. Again
I mailed to amazon over their multiple email Ids and got a response that we will keep your account under our surveillance for the time being 24 to 48 hours but couldn't get a resolution till now.
