[Resolved] Amazon India — Wrong item delivered | |||||
I am placed a order for armaf body mist 250ml @390/- on dt.24/07/17, but 1st july i have been received a low price same band body spray which price (May be before gst) below 250/-. I am requesting to amazon so many time for replace the product and also request that if replacement is not possible then give me the excess amount, but they still avoid the matter and told me that the seller will contact you for the same. The said matter is not solved till date, whereas i am a regular customer of amazon. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
