Amazon India — Wrong item delivered (Order #[protected] | |||||
Dear sir, I have placed an order on 22-march-2017; but the amazon did not deliver the item till 18-may-2017. After some days (2-jun-2017) when i asked again amazon wrote me "the order has been delivered". Amazon has delivered the order to wrong person. I wrote to amazon many times to provide the name of the person who received the order but amazon did not share the details. During this time my investigation was being continued and after couple of days i found that order in the office admin. When i open the packet i found wrong item. Now i want either replace the item as per describe in the website or return the order, But amazon making excuse and wrote me : "the seller does not have to accept a return because the return time frame has passed." I wrote to amazon that the return time frame has passed because of you and you (Amazon). I request you kindly look into this matter. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||||

i ordered a pendrive from amazon.in and received a cheap card reader in the package delivered ... even the order status is showing that my order is not yet delivered, though 2hrs have passed since I have received my order ... i have called to customer support of amazon.in and i hope i get my refund soon .
