Amazon India — wrong item sent and amount not refund

I m order mi earphone black on 21st feb but wrong item send. I call customer care and next day agent pick up my order (25.02.2019) and after two days my money is not refund in account then i call customer care and executive is telling me your refund is denny by amazon agent so please clearly the issue and refund my money.
